Buildapi client released - thanks F3real!

When we wrote Mozilla CI tools, we created a module called buildapi.py in order to schedule Buildbot jobs via Self-serve/Buildapi.

We recently ported it as a Python package and released it:
https://pypi.python.org/pypi/buildapi_client

This was all thanks to F3real, who joined us from Mozilla's community and released his first Python package. He has also brought forth the integration tests we wrote for it. Here's the issue and  PR if you're curious.

F3real will now be looking at removing the buildapi module from mozci and making use of the python package instead.

Fixes for Sheriffs' Treeherder backfilling and scheduling support

Sheriffs have the ability to backfill jobs on Treeherder (to determine the push where are regression starts) and the ability to run missing jobs on a push (due to coalescing/SETA).

Few weeks ago we added alerts to pulse_actions:

• System exit calls where crashing pulse_actions and we did not notice

 and we've fixed a couple of bugs since then:

• Backfilling of a test job of pushes with coalesced builds should not test against the wrong build
• Thanks @KWierso for reporting it!
• Filling in a revision on aurora partially fails

Other changes:

• Better documentation
• Moved under the Mozilla Org on GitHub
• Added auto deploy to Heroku from the 'heroku' branch

mozci 0.15.1: Buildbot Bridge support + bug fixes

It's been a while since our last announced released and I would like to highlight some of the significant changes since then.
A major highlight for the latest release is the support to schedule Buildbot jobs through TaskCluster making use of the Buildbot Bridge. For more information about this please read in here.

Run "pip install -U mozci" to update
